• Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs. 2800/-
• Age :  21 - 42 years as on 01/07/2015.
• Qualification : B.Com or BBA or PG Diploma in Accountancy and should be registered in any employment office of Uttarakhand State.
• Typing : Speed of 4000 words/hour in Hindi.
