(DRDO), Delhi invites applications from bright, young talents for
recruitment of Junior Research Fellows (JRF) and Research Associates
(RA) to work in challenging area of research of national importance. The
last date for submission of applications is 15/03/2016.
JRF (Physics/ Electronics/ Material Science/ Chemistry (Fellowship will be provided by DRDO)) : Post-graduation 'degree in, Physics/ Electronics / Chemistry with first division / with NET (Lectureship/Fellowship) qualification (OR) Graduate degree B.E. / B. Tech with first division with NET/GATE qualification or Post graduate degree M. E. / M. Tech-in any discipline related to Microwave; radio frequency, integrated circuits, VLSI, Engineering Physics, Solid State Physics/Materials and any other field related to SSPL activities with first division at both Graduate and Postgraduate level.
JRF (Physics/ Electronics/Chemistry (Own Fellowship)): Post-graduation degree in Physics / Electronics / Chemistry with first division With NET (Fellowship) qualification.

Eligibility Criteria for DRDO RA/ JRF
Age Limit: 28 Years for JRF and 35 Years for RA.Essential Qualifications:
RA (Physics/ Material Science/ Electronics) :- Ph.D. in Physics / Material Science
- Ph.D. in Physics / Electronics having area of expertise related to design / fabrication of Semiconductor devices OR M.E. / M. Tech in any discipline related to Microwave, radio frequency, integrated circuits, VLSI, Engineering Physics, Solid State Physics/ Materials WITH minimum THREE years Post-M.Tech experience in research, teaching, material synthesis design and fabrication of devices AND at least one research 'paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
