• Member Technical Staff (Scientist-D) : 05 posts (UR-2, OBC-2, ST-1)
• Pay Band :  Rs. 15600 - 39100 - grade pay Rs. 7600
• Age : For appointment on transfer (absorption) basis 56 years                                          For appointment on direct recruitment basis* 42 years (Relaxation as per Govt. of India rules)
• Qualification & Experience : For Direct Recruit: (a) Bachelors’ degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 10 years experience.  OR  (b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 08 years experience.   OR   (c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines alongwith qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above with 05 years of experience.  (d) Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years relaxation in experience.                                                                       For Transfer (absorption): In case of transfer (absorption), officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies:(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis   OR  (ii) Having 5 years regular service in PB-3 [Rs.15600-39100] with the Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-   AND   (iii) Possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment.

• Age : For appointment on transfer (absorption) basis 56 years                                          For appointment on direct recruitment basis* 36 years (Relaxation as per Govt. of India rules)
• Qualification & Experience : For Direct Recruit: (a) Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 06 years experience.  OR  (b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 04 years experience. OR (c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines along with qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above with one (1) year experience.     (d) Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years relaxation in experience.                                                                       For Transfer (absorption): In case of transfer (absorption), officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies:(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis  OR (ii)Having 5 years regular service in PB-3 [Rs.15600-39100] with the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-. • Qualification & Recruitment : For Direct Recruit: (a) Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 02 years experience. OR  (b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with one (1) year experience.  OR  (c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines along with qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above or having any of the above qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law.
