• Member Technical Staff (Scientist-D) : 05 posts
• Pay Band :  Rs. 15600 - 39100 - grade pay Rs. 7600
• Age : (i) For appointment on transfer (absorption) basis - 56 years and (ii) For appointment on direct recruitment basis - 42 years
• Qualification & Experience : For Direct Recruit: (a) Bachelors’ degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1^st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 10 years experience. OR (b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 08 years experience. OR (c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines alongwith qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above with 05 years of experience. (d) Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years relaxation in experience. For Transfer (absorption): In case of transfer (absorption), officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies: i) holding analogous post on regular basis or having 5 years regular service in PB-3 [Rs.15600-39100] with the Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- AND ii) Possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment.

• Age : (i) For appointment on transfer (absorption) basis - 56 years and (ii) For appointment on direct recruitment basis - 36 years
• Qualification & Experience : For Direct Recruit: (a) Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 06 years experience. OR (b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 04 years experience. OR (c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines alongwith qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above with one (1) year experience. (d) Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years relaxation in experience. For Transfer (absorption): In case of transfer (absorption), officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies: i) holding analogous post on regular basis or having 5 years regular service in PB-3 [Rs.15600-39100] with the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-. AND ii) Possessing qualifications prescribed for Direct Recruits as above.

• Pay Band :  Rs. 15600 - 39100 - grade pay Rs. 5400
• Age : For appointment on direct recruitment basis - 30 years
• Qualification & Experience : For Direct Recruit: (a) Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 02 years experience. OR (b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with one (1) year experience. OR (c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines alongwith qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above or having any of the above qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law.

Application Fee : Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per application by Demand Draft (having three months validity) in favour of ‘Software Technology Parks of India’, payable at New Delhi. No fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category. Female candidates are also exempted from payment of fee. Fee once paid shall not be refunded.
