Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee invites applications from Indian Nationals (foreign nationals can be appointed on renewable contracts of five years) for recruitment of faculty positions at the level of Associate Professor. Qualifications and Experience (as on 31/03/2016) for Faculty Recruitment 2016
Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 6 years teaching / industrial / research experience, of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor in the Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 8000/-
