1. Chief Manager : Degree with  Post Graduate Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Journalism / Public Relations from a recognized National/ International University with 15 years work experience in Marketing / Public Relations
   OR
   Degree in Law with 15 years work experience in Legal/ Administration/ Estate matters.
2. Sr. Manager : Degree with a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Journalism / Public Relations from a recognized National/ International University with 7  years work experience Marketing / Public Relations / Mass Communications
   OR
   Degree in Law with 5 years work experience in Legal/ Administration/ Estate matters
3. Manager : 50 years
4. Assistant Engineer (Mech.) : Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering from a recognized institution with 9 years experience in a reputed organization in supervisory capacity.
5. Engineer-in-Charge (Tug) : Must hold certificate of Inland Engineers under IV act or MEO Class-IV issued by DG Shipping, Govt. of India or Equivalent certificate from other country recognized by DG Shipping. Should have 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance of Tugs and Floating crafts.
6. Assistant Engineer (Civil) : Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution affiliated to AICTE having 09 years experience in the field.
