UPPCL 2016 vacancy details

Online applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals for direct recruitment to the following posts of Technician (Trainee) in various distribution companies viz, Madhyanchal/ Poorvanchal/ Pashchimanchal/ Dakshinanchal/ Kesco and Power Transmission Corporation Ltd.  under Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd.

• Technician Gr.2 (Trainee) Electrical :  623  posts (UR-313, OBC-168, SC-130, ST-12)

Pay Scale :  Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs. 2600/-

Eligibility Criteria for UPPCL Technician G-II Recruitment

Age Limit: Candidates minimum age should be 18 years to 40 years as on 01-07-2015. 05 years of age relaxation is admissible for SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy layer). Refer the notification for complete details.
Note: Reservation will be given for Residents of Uttar Pradesh only, Candidates out of Uttar Pradesh will come under General category.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess High School/ Equivalent with Science & Maths subjects from Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board with Professional certificate in Electrician/ Electrical Trade & ‘O’ level/ ‘A’ level/ ‘B’ level/ ‘C’ level certificate from DOEACC (Present in NIELIT).

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Written Exam.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the application fee (Non Refundable) of Rs.1000/- for Other category, Rs.700/- for SC/ ST candidates of Uttar Pradesh, payable through Net Banking/ Debit/ Credit card/ Challan through State Bank of India.
