HPPSC Himachal Administrative Service Combined Competitive Examination  (HPAS - 2015)

Applications are invited on the web based Interface for applying online from the eligible and desirous citizens of India, for admission to the Preliminary Examination of Himachal Administrative Service Combined Examination 2015  for the following posts :

    1. Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services, Class-I (Gazetted) (HAS) : 04 posts
      1. Pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 + 5400 (Grade Pay)
    2. Himachal Police Service, Class-I (Gazetted) (HPS) : 05 posts
      1. Pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100 + 5400 (Grade Pay). 
    3. Tehsildar  : 05 posts
      1. Pay scale of Rs. 10300-34800 + 5400 (Grade Pay)
    4. Block Development Officer : 08 posts
      1. Pay scale of Rs. 10300-34800 + 5000 (Grade Pay)
    5. Excise and Taxation Officer : 03 posts

     Age Limit: Candidates age limit should between 21 to 35 years as on 01/01/2016. Age relaxation is applicable to Ex-servicemen candidates of H.P. as per provisions in Rules/ Instructions of H.P. Govt.

     Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University.

     Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on preliminary examination, main examination & viva voce test.

     Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 400/- for General category & other state candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates either through ‘e-Challan’ at any branch of Punjab National Bank or through ‘e-Payment’ option by using Debit or Credit Card of any Bank. No Fee for Ex-Servicemen of H.P.

     Instructions to Apply Online:
    1. Before applying online, candidates should scan the copies of photograph & signature.
    1. Log on to the website “www.hp.gov.in/hppsc”.
    2. Click on “Apply Online’ —> “New User Sign up here”.
    3. Fill all the details & Click on “Create User”.
    4. Select the desired post & click on “Click to Apply”.
    5. Fill all the details & Submit the form.
    6. Now take printout of online application for future use.
