National Instructional Media Institute (NIMI), an autonomous institution under Directorate General of Training, Government of India, Ministry of Skill Development  and Entrepreneurship invites application for filling up the following job posts :

1. Data Processing Assistant Gr. A : 02 posts 
2. Draftsman : 04 posts
3. Vary Type Operator : 01 post
4. Stenographer Gr. III : 01 post
5. Data Entry Operator Gr. A : 01 post
6. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) : 03 posts
7. Driver : 01 post
8. MTS : 02 posts 

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 with Grade pay of Rs.4200 and Rs.5200-20200 with Grade pay of Rs.2400/-

NIMI Chennai Recruitment 2016 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidate should be at least 10th class passed with diploma/degree in computer science/ B.E/B.Tech for Data Processing Assistant, National Trade Certificate in the trade of Draughtsman Mechanical followed by 3 Years experience in using AutoCAD or Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for Draughtsman, Candidate posses a speed of not less than 100 words per minute in Shorthand and not less than 40 words per minute in typewriting for Stenographer posts.

Age Limit: The age of candidates applying for these posts should be between 18 to 30 years. Relaxation in age for SC/T/PWD categories candidates will be given as per rules.
