Jadavpur University has issued notification for the recruitment of Junior Mechanic, Junior Assistant cum-Typist, Assistant Librarian
Gr.-II, Technical Assistant Gr.-II, Store-Keeper, Peon & Helper
vacancies. Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format on or
before 11/03/2016. Other details like age limit, educational

The Jadavpur University invites application from Indian Nationals in the prescribed form for the following posts :
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess H.S/ SF plus training/ class VIII plus proficiency certificate from ITI or equivalent govt. recognized institution for S.No-1, Higher Secondary or its equivalent Examination for S.No-2, Bachelor Degree followed by Diploma/ Degree in Library Science for S.No-3, B.Sc/ Diploma in Engineering for S.No-4, Bachelor’s Degree in any stream for S.No-5, Class VIII standard but not above Class IX for S.No-6 & 7.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on test/ interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 250/- (Rs. 125/- for SC/ ST/ DA category candidates) for making payment and take print out of the receipt of payment/ challan obtained. For making online payments (Net banking, Debit/ Credit/ Rupay card) & challan (for making cash payment at SBI branches) options will be available. Use anyone of the options for making payment.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application along with attested photocopies of all certificates and testimonials, and a copy the receipt of payment/ challan, to the ‘Registrar, Jadavpur University, Post Box No. 12026, Cossipore Post Office, Kolkata’ by post/ in person on or before 11/03/2016.

| Peon & Helper: | Rs. 5,400/- to Rs. 18,600/- + Grade Pay Rs. 1,800/-. |
Eligibility Criteria for Jadavpur University Recruitment
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be in between 18 to 40 years as on 31-01-2016.
