Qualification and Experience for UPSC Advertisement No 19/2015 recruitment 2016
- Assistant Editors (English) : M.Sc. in Agriculture or Agricultural Extension from a recognized University or Institute. Two years experience of writing or editing or compiling articles in English on topics related to Agriculture or in Audio-visual presentations or exhibitions in English on topics related to Agriculture.
- Associate Professor (Arabic) : Good academic record with a Ph.D degree in Arabic. A Master's Degree in Arabic with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses and technology mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students. A minimum score of 300 points as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) by the University Grants Commission. Minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and or research in Arabic in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/Industry excluding the period of Ph.D research with evidence of published work and a minimum of five publications as books and or research/policy papers.
- Chemical Examiners Grade-II : Master's Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University or equivalent. Three years experience in Chemical analysis of different commodities/ Research in Analytical/ Organic/ Inorganic Chemistry.
- Specialists Grade-III Assistant Professors (Neonatology) : A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Neonatology); or Doctor of Medicine (Paediatrics) with two years special training in Neonatology. At least three years' teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-speciality in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post graduate degree.
- Junior Scientific Officers (Physics) : Master's Degree in Physics/Biophysics/Forensic Science with Physics as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized University or equivalent. Two years experience of Analytical method and research in the field of Physics.
- Junior Scientific Officer (Toxicology) : Master's Degree in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Pharmacology/ Pharmacy / Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized university or equivalent. 02 years experience of Analytical method and research in the field of Toxicology.
- Joint Director : Master's Degree in any subject from recognized University or Institute. Degree or Diploma in Education or Adult Education or Sociology or Psychology or Statistics from a recognized University or Institute. 07 years' experience in conducing research or evaluation of adult education or production of literacy materials or books or teaching in adult or social education or rural development in the education department of a Central/State or Government or in any university or autonomous or statutory organization.
- Assistant Director Grade-I (Non-Technical) : Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. Five years' experience in a responsible capacity of work connected with Handloom or Textile Industry or Commerce or Industry in general together with Secretariat/ Organizational Administrative experience.
- Pathologist : A recognized Medical Qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub- section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the concerned Speciality recognized by the Medical Council of India or equivalent. 02 years' work in a responsible position connected with the speciality in the case of post graduate degree holders and four years' work in a responsible position connected with the speciality in the case of Post Graduate diploma holders.

- Now fill the personal profile, contact details, age relaxation if applicable.
- Now fill the details of qualification, experience.
- Now fill the details of Professional Registration, Language, Miscellaneous Module.
- Now candidate have to choose the Recruitment Test Centre.
- Now upload documents in Document Upload Module.
- After uploading photograph & signature preview the ORA form and check the details carefully.
- Now click on the submit button
- Candidates can Pay Fee using the Internet banking facility in SBI or other associated banks or can pay through Visa/ Master Debit or Credit card issued by any Bank/ Institution.
- Here the Transaction ID & Date of Registration details will directly uploaded automatically.
- Now pay the fee through cash at any branch of State Bank of India through the Pay-in-Slip
- A transaction ID will be given, again revisit the website and click on the “Click here to view your Previous/ Currently active applications”.
- Log in by registration ID & password, candidates can see “My Active Application (My draft Application)” link.
- Now fill the details of transaction ID and Date of Transaction if paid through cash.
- Click “Continue”, check the details of fee and submit the application.
- Now take printout of online application for future use.
